You Have Been
Handed the System.
The Operator
The universe ran for 13.8 billion years without a single meeting.
No manager. No spreadsheet. No reminder.

It runs because it has a system.

What you were handed is not a manual, a course, or software.
It is a folder with rules inside it.
Rules any agent can read. Rules that keep your business running
even when you are not in the room.

This page gets you set up, one step at a time. Take it slow.

Production Doctrine
— Get Set Up —
Step 1  ·  Get Your Tools
Obsidian  Need it
Free app that opens your doctrine folder and lets you read and click through it. This is your main window. Get it at obsidian.md.
VS Code  Need it
Free app where you talk to your agent, Jarvis. Get it at code.visualstudio.com.
Claude Code  Need it
The agent itself. You add it inside VS Code with a couple of clicks (Step 3 below). Nothing to type, nothing to install by hand.
Wispr Flow  We recommend
Lets you talk instead of type. Hold a key, speak, and your words appear. Makes working with Jarvis feel like a conversation. Get it at wisprflow.ai.
Download and install each one the normal way, the same as any app. You will never need to type code into a black window to set these up.
Step 2  ·  Open Your Doctrine in Obsidian
01Open Obsidian.
02Click Open folder as vault.
03Find and select your Production Doctrine folder (the folder we sent you), then confirm.
04Your nine rooms appear down the left side. Your doctrine is now open.
Your folder can live anywhere your computer can open it: Documents, Desktop, even iCloud Drive. If you keep it on iCloud, right-click the folder in Finder and choose Keep Downloaded so it is always ready and never shows up empty.
Step 3  ·  Look Around, Ten Minutes at a Time
01Start on the welcome page inside your vault. That is your home base.
02Click the links inside the notes. Each one opens another piece. Follow them and watch your operation connect.
03You do not have to read everything. Ten minutes at a time. It is a map of what you already run.
Step 4  ·  Meet Jarvis, Your Agent
01Open VS Code.
02On the left, click the Extensions icon (the four little squares). Search Claude Code and click Install. Point and click, nothing to type.
03Go to File, then Open Folder, and pick your Production Doctrine folder, the same one.
04Open the Claude Code panel and say hello. Jarvis has already read your files. It knows your seat, your season, and your job.
05From here you just talk. Ask it what to do next. That is the whole thing.
If Wispr Flow is installed, hold your Wispr key and talk to Jarvis out loud instead of typing.
"The folder is the memory.
The cascade is the contract.
The universe is code."
